Workforce Structure
As of 2024, PRORIL employed a total of 43 full-time employees, with 1 non-Taiwanese employee. Our workforce was composed of 67% male and 33% female employees with no part-time or contract workers. All employees resided across various districts in Kaohsiung City, achieving a 100% local employment rate. Notably, 77% of our team resided in Dashe District, or neighboring districts where our headquarters is based, hoping to foster local employment and stimulate our local economy.
In response to brand development and business growth, our team expanded by 31% in 2023.PRORIL is also actively promoting its core brand values and fostering corporate cultural identity, focusing on creating a work environment that values growth and a sense of belonging. As a result, over 50% of employees have been with the company for more than three years, ensuring a stable and secure workplace.
